Policies & Procedures

Provider is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur before, during, or after training. CPR certification does not guarantee performance in a real emergency but provides standardized knowledge and practical skills.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get checked in.

Class will start on time. NO LATE ARRIVALS ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS

For blended courses (online + classroom), you must have the online portion completed in order to attend the in-person skill session. No exceptions.

Please do not bring anyone to class or you will be turned away.

You will be provided with a bottle of water and a snack.

Please let us know if you need any accommodations before class.

BRING VERIFICATION OF YOUR ONLINE SESSION COMPLETION. For American Red Cross Blended Learning classes, you must complete the online session prior to the in-person session with the instructor.  Red Cross will email  the course completion certificate/letter. You can use this letter for admission for in-person skill session.

LATE POLICY: No late admissions to a class regardless of the reason. This is a  Red Cross policy.
